The goal is to provide a single source of Open Access material at postgraduate level. The author retains control of the material but many others are able to make use of it.
This will be of particular value to mathematicians in developing countries, but also to anyone giving a course on a topic that they are not very familiar with.
The contributions are sorted by using the MSC subject classification, and submissions are made directly by authors on a standard form.
